1) CONCEPT

Here at OAT Productions, we work closely with our clients to better understand your projects requirements, having regular discussions helps us to understand your vision and what you would like to achieve from your project. Part of this is understanding your demographic, your product or service and the use cases of the content that you would like us to produce.

Depending on your project brief it may be necessary for us to produce story boards to conceptualise the videos’ structure. This is particularly important if you have a script that needs to be adapted for video or film. This could be an advertisement for a product or service where the narrative structure, shots and editing need to be meticulously planned out, for the video to be effective and deliver the desired message to your audience.

When it comes to the filming stages of a project, we have everything already thought out which means that we remain on schedule to capture all the relevant shots. Regardless of the scale of the project there will always be at least two people on location to ensure that all coverage is captured. 

We work alongside our clients in the editing stage of the production, working on the initial draft and then getting your feedback and making the necessary amendments so that it delivers the intended message for your audience.

We understand some projects have tighter turnarounds than others and we always try to adhere to your needs. Typically, we will aim to deliver your project within a 2 – 3 week timeframe but depending on the scale of the project this can vary. We will make this clear from the early stages of planning so that you are fully aware of the handover date. 

CHARITY VIDEO

Are you a charity who needs to present to funding bodies or organisations? Do you need an effective way to showcase the work that your charity does and ultimately the impact it has on peoples lives? Video is the most effective way to document the day to day activities of your staff, volunteers and beneficiarys.

It might be that some of your funding bodies require you to  keep a record of the activities so they can see what their funding is going towards. We can facilitate not only video but also photography as part of our charity package. This means you have various forms of media you can use for online marketing and traditional printed materials such as leaflets, posters or even billboards.
